Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation order via the email address you supplied beaut Boutique on the contact details screen. At this point Beaut Boutique packages the merchandise you have purchased and sends it via Australia Post in an Express Post parcel. Delivery and Payment
The Beaut Boutique Online Store is capable of delivering items Australia wide, through the Australia Post Express Post network.
Delivery charges are calculated according to the weight and volume of the items being delivered, as well as the distance to the delivery address provided.
When possible, orders containing a number of merchandise items will be dispatched together in one satchel. This will result in the delivery charges being calculated on the total weight of the satchel, which is cheaper than shipping items individually.
Final delivery charges will be calculated on step 3 of the transaction process. You will be able to view final delivery charges before having to purchase.
Below is the schedule of delivery charges:
Australia Wide Delivery
- Under 500g: $7.50
- 501g > 3000g: $10.50
- 3001g > 6000g: $20.00
- 6001g > 9000g: $29.50
Refunds and Returns Policy
Our priority is that customers are 100% satisfied when purchasing items through beautboutique.openstores.com.au
If you wish to return an item you are not satisfied with, you can do so within 30 days of purchase. Beaut Boutique is happy to exchange, replace or refund the item. Refunds are issued in the same tender as the original purchase –e.g. if the merchandise item was purchased on a Visa card, the credit will be refunded on the Visa card.
When returning an item please include proof of purchase (receipt and/or original order number) for all returns/exchanges. Please include your name, address, and telephone number and any other instructions in the package as well. Beaut Boutique will not refund items damaged by the customer.
